Why Choose Tilegne Therapy

Customised, Empathetic Treatment Strategies

Healing is not something we do to you — it’s something we do with you. We take time to listen, understand your goals, and create a plan that fits your life.

Our team stays up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy research and continually refines its practice through ongoing professional development.

We Support Clients with Diverse Needs

From children to adults, we tailor our allied health services to each person’s background, goals, and abilities. Our physiotherapists take the time to explain techniques, answer questions, and involve caregivers in the treatment process to support your progress.

Therapy Process

A booking for an initial assessment will be matched to the most suitable therapist. Upon receiving your concerns and conducting initial
assessments you may receive verbal feedback or pay for a comprehensive report with findings of the assessment.

Case History Questionnaire

A case history questionnaire helps us understand your medical background, current concerns, and goals. Your physiotherapist will review this information with you or your caregiver to create a care plan tailored to your individual needs.

Initial Assessment

Your first session will include an evaluation to identify your physical strengths, limitations, and areas for improvement. For clients with complex needs, we may collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., occupational therapists, doctors) to ensure a well-rounded understanding of your condition.

We offer assessments both in our clinic and through mobile physiotherapy visits, including in-home or community settings, based on your comfort and convenience.

Treatment Planning

After the assessment, your physiotherapist will carefully analyse the findings to identify key areas for therapy. From there, a customised treatment plan will be developed, reflecting your goals, daily activities, and lifestyle needs.

Ongoing Physiotherapy Sessions

Your physiotherapist will recommend a treatment schedule based on your assessment and goals. Sessions may take place in our clinic or in your home through our mobile services. We use evidence-based techniques and adapt your program over time to reflect your progress. All treatment goals are set using the SMART framework — Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound — to keep therapy focused, structured, and motivating.

We also empower caregivers and family members by offering practical strategies and home exercises to support continued improvement between sessions.
