Tilegne Therapy clinic takes it very seriously if a member of staff or one of the therapists or is treated in an abusive or violent way.

Our staff are trained and dedicated to serve you and you will be always treated with courtesy and respect. In return, we request that our therapists and staff team are treated with the same courtesy and respect.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to any verbal, aggressive and violent abuse and behaviour towards our therapists and Staffs team or other patients. We respectfully advise you that abuse and/or violence will not be tolerated. If required, the Police will be called and may result in the person concerned being removed from our practice.

This policy is applicable to everyone. Because you are our client, we have prepared this policy specifically for you. However, it applies to everyone who receives our assistance or services. It also applies to family members, caretakers, and any other individuals who accompany you or other clients. In fact, it applies to everybody who visits our office for whatever purpose.
